Dear bank,

Dear Bank,

I just received a letter from you stating that I owe you $105.18 – due to you keep charging me for some reason.

I have closed my account with you over two months ago. Why have you kept it open and fraudulently charging me $30 every time. I walked into 16th St and Southern Branch and closed it personally – withdrew my funds and that was the end of it. Stop sending me letters saying I owe you.

The only thing I owe you is the loan I have with you and nothing more.

I am not responsible for any charges your are claiming on me after I have closed my account. You should check to see why the person I talked to – did not close my account.

Thank you,

MBNA Account: 40000000000

Your address;

This is my fourth letter regarding this matter.

I am not sure what is the law concerning a written inquiry, but this has gone over a year without any response.

Your company (MBNA) sold and/or transferred my account to NCO Financial Systems aka NCO Portfolio Management, 507 Prudential Road, Horsham, PA 19044.

The said company filed a complaint against me in the Superior Court of County of Arizona on or around August 18, 2005 claiming that I owe them $6769.04.

I have been writing to your company (MBNA –now BoA) asking verification of how much was my total balance on the time of transfer. This matter is becoming extremely important and is not getting solved.

The complaint has turned into a judgment against me and is on my file. I cannot get mortgage or a decent credit because of this. I cannot dispute this matter because I need more information from your company but to no avail.

I will file another complaint with FTC, FCC and AZ Attorney General’s office again. I hope to get a response to this matter as soon as possible.

Thank you,

Letter of Past due Account

Re: Account #: 000000

To Whom It May Concern:

In regards to the above account name and number, I understand that I am behind on my payments over a month. I have had a financial crisis in the last couple of months. Family emergency and other factor have caused me to be delinquent not only on this account, but on others as well. But fortunately, I am turning things around. I have found a job, which I will start on Monday, July 16, 2001. I also understand that I have the financial and moral obligation to pay these debts. I am requesting that you give me some time so I can catch up with my life and the first paycheck will be on your way.

Thank you,
