AZ Attorney General
Your Address:
I have written letters as well as online complaints with FTC and AZ Attorney Generals office regarding this matter before. I am including those letters with this one. None of the companies involved with this matter is answering my questions. It seems that they just want my money.
The law offices of Jerold Kaplan filed the complaint against me but never provided any documentation as to how they came up with the total amount. MBNA –now Bank of America never responded to any of my letters. NCO Portfolio Management bought my balance from MBNA and never sent me a letter saying so. What are my options? As a consumer I am stuck dealing with three companies that don’t seem to care except the money.
I cannot get a mortgage for my family until this matter is resolved. I cannot get a decent credit from any bank. What can I do? All I read about online is the shady business that NCO is doing with consumers and Jerold Kaplan violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
After a year of no responses from any one, I have come to conclude that I am a victim and my rights as a consumer has been violated.
Thank you,
