Team motivation
To get the team motivated and involved with the project, the project manager should emphasize on the importance of the project for the team and the company they work for. He/she must use ‘we’ and ‘us’ to make individuals feel like they are part of the project/team.
And to keep each individual continuously motivated, the PM can send personal ‘Thank you’ and appreciation emails. It is a small gesture, but can go a long way of making individuals feel better and motivated to be part of the team.
