Work Breakdown Structure
A Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) provides the framework of details of the project. It is a guide on how the project should be constructed and tasks, times, money and resources allocated. It is a dynamic tool that can provide a guideline for project managers who can update and refine as the project proceeds.
It helps in planning and execution of the overall project – a bird’s eye-view – of the project. It is important to have WBS established guidelines and processes in place to ensure projects successful completion.
Have you seen me?
In a video on Yahoo!, an image appears somewhere in the middle of the video. I have seen this used somewhere else before, but can pinpoint. Any ideas?
