According to Maricopa County Assessor’s office Notice of Valuation letter, my property is valued at $43,000. My mortgage loan is $83,000. My home is worth half as much as I owe.
I have submitted the last document per your request. I need to find out what is the status of my loan modification. I received a letter of “Notice of Trustee’s Sale” from Quality Loan Service, stating my house will go on SALE / AUCTION on 2/2/2010. I am extremely worried that I will lose my house.
My friend lost his house. My brother lost his house. My family is in tension now that we are in the process of losing ours.
I need to know if my loan is being modified and you are taking action and will stop my house from going to auction. I do NOT want to lose my house. Let me know what else I need to do or provide to satisfy your requirements.
